2023 Ford Escape

The 2023 Ford Escape offers modern safety features and technology that makes parking easy. This compact SUV has a surprising amount of interior space with enough legroom for adults to comfortably sit in the back. Here are some of the features we’re most excited about.

1. Safety Assist Features Come Standard

Every trim level of the Escape comes with advanced safety features. These include lane-keeping assist and lane-departure warnings. It also includes blind-spot monitoring and a rear cross-traffic alert. There is also a forward-collision warning and automated emergency braking.

2. Available Active Park Assist 2.0

Drivers who need to parallel park in downtown Minneapolis will appreciate the Active Park Assist 2.0 feature. This software helps you navigate into a tight parallel spot. It can also help you back into spots in the parking lot. If someone parks too close while you’re in the store, the assist feature helps you navigate out of the space.

3. Available 360-Degree View

This split view will give you a look through the front, back, and mirror-mounted cameras. It’s easy to see what’s happening around your vehicle and make better judgment calls for added safety.

4. Sliding Second Row Seats

The second row of seats has the ability to slide back. This provides your passengers with an additional 5.9 inches of legroom. This is a big boost for adult passengers.

5. Spacious Cargo Area

There is an available power liftgate that gives you easy access to the spacious cargo area. You’ll find 65.4 cubic feet of storage space. That’s enough room for eight carry-on suitcases. You can fold down the second-row seats for even more space in this compact SUV.

6. Sync 4 Infotainment Interface

Ford has a new infotainment interface that’s quite nice. Fortunately, this software will update itself over the air. You won’t have to worry about having to do anything to keep the software in working order. The 2023 Escape comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities.

The base model of the Escape comes equipped with an 8.0-inch screen. The higher-level trims have a 13.2-inch touchscreen that represents a considerable upgrade. Similarly, the base model comes with an 8.0-inch digital gauge cluster but there’s an option for this to be 12.3 inches. This gauge cluster provides an optional navigation system.

7. Available 10-Speaker Sound System

For a really impressive sound system, check out the available Bang & Olufsen 10-speaker sound system. It includes a subwoofer. It will sound like the band’s in the car with you.

The new Ford Escape is compact, stylish, and has all the modern features any driver could want. If you’re looking for advanced technology and a great drive, don’t miss this year’s Escape. Visit Freeway Ford to see our selection of quality new cars.
