Power and Utility
The Maverick comes with a turbocharged hybrid powertrain that gives you 191 horsepower and 155 pound-feet of torque. It has a continuously variable automatic transmission and standard front-wheel drive. You can upgrade to a gas engine that gets 238 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque with an eight-speed automatic and standard all-wheel drive.
The gas version of the Maverick can tow up to 4,000 pounds when you upgrade from standard front-wheel to available all-wheel drive. The new-for-2025 Lobo trim incorporates everything you need for amazing trail rides and rugged terrain. It features standard all-wheel drive and a seven-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, along with lower suspension, 19-inch rally wheels, and upgraded brakes. Cab Space and Features
Every Maverick trim offers seating for five. Last year’s 8-inch infotainment touchscreen has been swapped out for a standard 13.2-inch model that comes with the wireless versions of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
